Single Question Consult (30 min) $35.00

You want to ask a question and are not interested in a full assessment? You can request a 30 minute appointment for $35.00. Send your questions through my contact page for review and please be specific in your communication. You do not have to complete any forms or track your diet for this consultation. You need to do only Steps 1 and 2 of the Simple Steps.

Nutritional Consultations (1 hr) $70.00

As I mentioned in my videos located on my Home and Contact pages I am inviting you to participate in my clinical training. Typically plan for 1 hour for this appointment. My consultations include a 15 minute follow-up. Download the forms, plan on 30 to 40 minutes to complete and send them back by email or regular mail. All forms must be returned before your appointment can be scheduled. Please check my Contact page for updated contact information. See the Simple Steps below.

This package consists of four one-hour sessions. Use the appointments when you need them, good up to four months. This service is an excellent opportunity for someone who has dietary goals and needs to tackle them in steps with a little coaching.

Fill Out Forms

Track Your Diet on Cronometer

Before we meet, track 3 to 5 days of your food intake and add that info into a diet tracking tool I use. It’s free for you to use and I can get access to your data before our call. Begin tracking your diet using the free tool here: https://www.cronometer.com

Step 2: Make Your Payments Here

Services must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to appointment, using Stripe, an online payment platform. I do not bill clients or insurance companies. Single-question appointments are booked for 30 minutes maximum. Full-length appointments are booked for a minimum of one hour but may go longer at no extra charge. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged half price. If a personal emergency requires me to cancel a client’s appointment, the session will be rescheduled to accommodate the client’s needs if possible, and if the client is not satisfied, then a full refund will be available.
